Overview:

When in stock Krastino accepts orders 24/7. Orders are processed within 2 days, in the order they are
received.
Krastino ships all UK orders Via Royal Mail 2nd class postage (3-5 working days)
Please allow up to 7 days between payment & delivery before you get in contact.

International custom charges:
The customer is responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns:
All sales final. No returns to your order after placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or
damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns Policy is 14 days after purchase.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds:
Refunds are only approved on faulty or defect products.
Once your item has been received and inspected by the Krastino team, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to
the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If the refund has still not been processed, please contact your credit card company.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is fully posted. If you have done
